We’re working in partnership with a leading firm in Nottingham that’s expanding its planning team due to a strong pipeline of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Planner to join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team that champions creativity and sustainable design. You’ll play a key role in managing planning applications, providing expert advice, and supporting clients through every stage of the planning process. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage planning applications, appeals, and development appraisals Undertake site assessments and provide strategic planning advice Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients Keep up to date with planning legislation and policy changes What We’re Looking For: RTPI accredited degree and ideally RTPI membership (or working towards) 1–3 years’ experience in a planning consultancy or local authority setting Strong report-writing and communication skills A team player with a proactive, client-focused attitude Why Apply?
