Set, monitor, and optimise team and individual KPIs aligned with company growth objectives. Drive your own sales in a fast-paced, ambitious SaaS environment. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine go-to-market strategies and revenue plans. Analyse performance metrics and provide actionable insights to maximise sales effectiveness. What Were Looking For: Proven Sales Manager experience in a SaaS environment experience in fleet, logistics, or enterprise software is a strong advantage. Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding team and individual sales targets. Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
