Commercial Director / Design & Build (Pharma) Consultancy / £125k + car / Manchester
How would you like the opportunity to spearhead growth within a design and build consultancy, specialising in the pharmaceutical sector?
I am working whit a longstanding client who have been looking for a Commercial Director to take the business to their ‘next level’ of growth. Coming up with a strategy for the next 5-10 years, you will have autonomy to lead the business into its next phase of progression.
This organisation has firmly established itself as a market leader in pharma and cleanroom design-and-build projects across the UK. It is a business that genuinely values collaboration and employee satisfaction, reflected in the number of team members who have been with the company for 10 years or more.
As commercial director you will be responsible for:
* driving commercial performance by protecting margins, improving cash flow, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
* Working closely with the board, operational leaders, and clients, you would support budgeting, forecasting, contract reviews, and tender activity, playing a key role in shaping strategic decisions.
What you’ll need:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (or equivalent)
* RICS Chartered (or equivalent)
* NEC accreditation or extensive expertise with NEC contracts
