Deputy Nursery Manager - Tunbridge Wells
Are you a passionate early years professional ready to step into a leadership role? We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join a friendly nursery team in Tunbridge Wells.
Key Requirements:
CACHE Level 3 or above in Childcare (Level 5/management qualification preferred)
Experience in early years leadership or supervisory roles
Strong organisational, communication, and team-building skills
A caring, nurturing approach with a genuine passion for children's development
Role Highlights:
