The role will involve advising on acquisitions and disposals of sites for industrial, commercial, and residential use, lease renewals and terminations, development projects, and more. The ideal candidate will be between NQ and 3 years' PQE, with experience gained at a well-regarded real estate practice in either a London or reputable regional firm. A genuine interest in commercial property law, a good academic background, and a stable career history are essential.
