Your new role
This is a newly created role due to business growth. Working in a finance team of eight, reporting to themercial Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
1. Coordinate cross-border invoicing with the international finance team, ensuring smooth reporting from regional partners.
2. Work alongside the Credit Controller to align accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently, including reconciliation and matching.
3. Oversee monthly reporting and tax filings for Swiss subsidiarypany, keepingpliance on track.
4. Support annual account preparation for the Swiss subsidiary, contributing to accurate year-end results.
5. Maintain monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts across grouppanies.
6. Take on varied finance projects as directed by senior leadership, helping drive the success of the business' global operations.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Recent, relevant experience working in a similar Assistant Management Accountant or Senior Accounts Assistant role
8. Experience in Billing
9. Strong numerical and analytical skills
10. Knowledge of financial reporting and VAT/taxpliance
11. Experience in reconciliations, budgeting and audits
12. Ability to consistently meet deadlines
13. Strong attention to detail
14. Clearmunication skills
15. Business Central (Microsoft Dynamics 365) experience is advantageous (not essential)
