Key Responsibilities
1. Develop strong relationships with existing customers monitoring their purchases to provide opportunities for upselling
2. Initiate, scope and manage projects to increase sales yield levels and revenue
3. Work with Client Services team to carry out the activities through the client life-cycle to increase renewal rates by volume and value
4. Development and implementation of client sales plans for products and territories to meet your sales targets
5. Support our product development function by suggesting new ideas and garnering client feedback where appropriate and in the launch process of new products
6. Develop strong relationships with existing customers at conferences and product demonstrations
7. Lead the creation of proposals and sales pitches for new products
8. Update the CRM to ensure the CRM accurately reflects your sales activity through the buying stage to move Leads and Opportunities to Closed Won or Closed Lost status
9. Ensuring your clients have signed contract and orders are processed in accordance with GDPR regulations
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
10. 3+ years of B2B New Business sales experience using a defined sales methodology.
11. months+ of Sales leadership experience in a B2B sales role preferable.
12. Experience in hiring, training and coaching a team.
13. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
14. Knowledge of account-based marketing and managing highly targeted campaigns
15. Experience in managing multi-stakeholder sales and negotiating contract/procurement processes.
16. Organised, detail-oriented with the ability to forecast and report on team performance.
17. Highly proficient in CRM systems/reporting. Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
18. Working knowledge of the legal industry
19. Sales motivated, team-focused attitude, and willingness to collaborate with peers, product management, and internal key constituents at the firm
