My client is looking for a passionate Senior Architect to join their friendly team in London. The RIBA-chartered practice works across residential, commercial, and education projects and is dedicated to providing sustainable designs. There are a range of exciting projects on the horizon and we look forward to welcoming a Senior Architect to the team.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to produce designs that exceed expectations
Contribute to all RIBA project stages with guidance from senior team members
Strong knowledge of UK planning processes, building regulations, construction systems, and methods
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
Confident working independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated expertise in design and technical detailing
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is desirable
Qualifications
* ARB-registered Architect with strong post-Part III experience
* A portfolio showcasing high-quality design and technical ability
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
* Background in bespoke residential and heritage/conservation work preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
