Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Location: Portsmouth, PO2
Salary: £13–£13.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 35–40 hours per week, shifts negotiable

Revive Education are recruiting for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a positive, supportive early years setting with a welcoming team and a strong focus on staff wellbeing.

The Role
You will be working across the nursery supporting children in all age groups. The role involves delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS, facilitating engaging, age-appropriate activities, and maintaining safeguarding, health, and safety standards.

Interview Process
Candidates will have an interview with a manager followed by a one-hour stay-and-play session to observe their interaction and approach with the children.
