People Services Administrator\n\nPay Rate: £33,210 per annum\n\nLocation: Warwick - Hybrid (Office once a week)\n Contract Duration: 3 months (with potential to extend)\n\nAre you ready to play a vital role in enhancing the employee experience within a dynamic organisation? Our client is on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic People Services Administrator to join their team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting people through their employment journey.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nAs a People Services Administrator, you will be the friendly face of HR, ensuring a seamless flow of information and support across various functions, including Contact HR, Payroll, Data and Systems, and Onboarding.

Here's what you can expect in this exciting role:\n\nManage Employee Queries: Be the first point of contact for employee inquiries. Answer calls and respond to emails related to HR and employee issues.\nData Management: Update and manage data within Service Now, ensuring everything is current and accurate.\nLive Chat Service Management: Oversee the daily operation of the live chat service on the UK Business Services PlugIn Portal, maintaining documentation and supporting the development of chat data and insights.\nEscalation Coordination: Support and coordinate escalations across all service lines to resolution, providing reporting and insights on live escalations.\nMetrics and KPIs: Understand and meet the relevant metrics and KPIs while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.\nInternal Collaboration: Work effectively with various teams and key stakeholders to ensure smooth HR processes and seamless interconnectivity.Who You Are:\n\nWhile HR experience is beneficial, it's not essential! We're looking for someone who brings:\n\nStrong Administration Skills: Experience in data entry, ticket management, and basic admin duties.\nExcellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with employees and stakeholders.\nAttention to Detail: A meticulous approach to planning, organising, and executing tasks.\nQuery Management Knowledge: A good working knowledge of hire-to-retire processes, payroll, and benefits.\nInterpersonal Skills: Strong people skills to foster positive relationships and a supportive work environment.Why Join Us?\n\nThis is your chance to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement.
