Cambridge for Global Training is seeking a highly qualified trainer to deliver our upcoming course “IT Standards and Excellence in Operations” in London.
This is a 5-day, in-person programme, and the trainer must be based in London or nearby.
Trainer Requirements
• Must be based in London or surrounding areas
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT standards, governance, service management, risk, and compliance
• Strong background in the following areas:
* ITIL / IT Service Management (ITSM)
* IT Governance (COBIT, ISO/IEC 20000)
* ISO/IEC 27001 & Information Security
* Continuous Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
* IT Operations and Cybersecurity Risk Management
* Previous experience delivering corporate IT training
* Ability to provide practical insights and real-world case studies

By the end of the course, the participant will be able to:
