Job Description
Our client a well known insurance and investment wealth organisation is currently looking to hire a Senior/Lead Process Analyst, with experience of working within a Private Market, Asset Management, Fund Management or Investment environment.
Title: Private Markets Process AnalystLocation: London (4 Days per Week - Moving to 2/3 Days)Duration: 6 MonthsDay Rate: Competitive - InsideIR35 via Umbrella CompanyResponsibilities:
* Gain a deep understanding of each key activity undertaken across the Private Markets Investment desks, primarily through interviews, research and reviews of existing documentation.
* Produce clear, high quality written procedures using the existing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) template ensuring compliance with group standards.
* Produce regular MI to track progress on the development of SOPs and quick reference summaries.
* Organise, publish and maintain these documents on the dedicated SharePoint site and establish a process for regular reviews.
* Conduct regular reviews with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of all process documentation.
Experience Required:
* Experience of working within an Asset Management, Fund Management or Investment environment
* Experience of working with Key Stakeholders
* Ability to Map End to End Processes
* Experience of Document Processing
* A keen attention to detail and ability to proof-read/edit documents.
* MS Office Suite including Visio, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel.
