Inclusion Manager (Mat cover)
Duration: 6 month contract
Location: Birmingham (on-site)
Pay rate: Circa £40,000 annual salary equivalent
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday (9-5)

Duties/Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop an inclusive support service for disabled and chronically ill students
* Lead on disability-related policies, closing attainment gaps and improving graduate outcomes
* Provide specialist advice to students on support needs, funding and accessibility processes
* Coordinate pre-entry guidance and participate in events for prospective disabled students
* Line manage staff and oversee delivery of disability and inclusion support services
* Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to enable effective, anticipatory provision
* Maintain accurate data, monitor service impact and contribute to institutional reporting
* Ensure compliance with data protection, risk assessments, and sector-wide best practice
Required experience:
* Significant experience of working in a disability support context within Higher Education
* Good understanding of the responsibilities placed on Higher Education Institutions by the Equality Act
* Sound knowledge and experience of the funding and statutory support mechanisms for students with disabilities
