My client is a specialist procurement business with a fantastic reputation for delivering services across multiple sectors. They are looking for a Senior New Business Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for winning new business, maximising sustainable short‑ and long‑term sales, boosting profitability and increasing brand awareness within the Hospitality sector, with a predominant focus on hotels.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a sales strategy to win new business across hospitality channels.
* Select and develop customers qualitatively.
* Provide feedback on customer opportunities and competitor threats.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
* Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of clients.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals.
* Meet and exceed targets.
