This highly ranked Legal 500 firm, backed by international investment and established in Manchester for over 50 years, is expanding its Employment team. The Role
You will join a respected Employment team handling a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters including TUPE, tribunal litigation, employment contracts and discrimination claims. The client base is predominantly respondent, spanning retail, sports, leisure and financial services.
What differentiates this role is the level of direct exposure to leadership. Working side by side with the Managing Partner, you will gain hands-on involvement in complex strategic matters, high-level client relationships and key business decisions.
This offers an accelerated learning curve, direct mentorship from a senior figure in the market and visibility that is rarely available at this level of PQE.
