Rate: £14.77 per hour
Responsibilities
* Support residents with personal care and assist with meal times.
* Understand and respond to individual health and well‑being needs.
* Encourage participation in social activities, both inside and outside the home.
* Promote choice, dignity, independence and respect for all residents.
* Lead, motivate and support a small care team, ensuring high standards of care delivery.
* Complete and maintain accurate care documentation.

Contract type
Full time – 42 hours per week. Day shifts – 8am to 8pm.
Qualifications
* Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
* Mathematics and English at GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent functional skills).
