We’re looking for experienced full-time and part-time Female Care Assistants to join our dedicated team, supporting service users across Hemel Hempstead and the surrounding Hertfordshire area.
Borehamwood
Elstree (near Theobald Street & Ripon Park)
Hemel Hempstead area
Weekdays (Mon–Fri): £14.20 per hour
Mileage allowance: £0.30 per mile
28 days annual leave (pro rata)

We provide care 7 days a week with flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle:
Day Shifts: 07:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Evening Shifts: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Experienced female care assistants with a passion for helping others

Willingness to travel locally (mileage paid)

Job Description
Your Role as a Care Assistant
As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide person-centred support to help people live independently and enjoy fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting daily living activities & promoting independence
* Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
* Supporting with mobility, transfers & aids
* Providing medication support as per care plans
* Preparing meals, drinks & monitoring nutrition
* Helping with household tasks (cleaning, laundry, shopping, errands)
* Offering companionship, reassurance & emotional support
* Encouraging hobbies, interests & community activities
* Keeping accurate records & communicating with families/professionals
Qualifications
No experience is necessary – we’ll train you in everything else!
All we ask is that you bring:

* Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle
