They are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional residential developments.
What youll do: Cost Management: Prepare and manage budgets, PFAs, and financial tracking to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Tendering & Procurement: Prepare tender packages, analyse subcontractor quotations, and lead pre-let interviews to secure best value.
Subcontractor Management: Place and issue orders, oversee valuations, payments, and variations while maintaining robust cost controls.
Value Engineering: Work with design and construction teams to identify cost-saving solutions without compromising quality.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on costs, cash flow, and forecasts, identifying potential overruns early. xjlbheb
Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior team members as the QS function grows.
