Working closely with teachers and support staff throughout Blaenau Gwent, you will assist learners with additional needs to grow in confidence, independence and academic development.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing one-to-one and small-group support for children with SEN/ALN
* Encouraging positive behaviour and active participation
* Assisting class teachers with adapting tasks and activities
* Bringing empathy, patience and enthusiasm to each school day
