As a Patient Administrator, you’ll be the friendly face and the organisational backbone of our service - ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. What you’ll do • Welcome patients and provide a professional, friendly first point of contact • Handle calls and face-to-face enquiries promptly and effectively • Book appointments accurately, prioritizing clinical needs • Track and distribute imaging data and reports to referrers • Support month-end admin processes for the management team • Process invoices and payments quickly and accurately What we’re looking for • Experience in a customer or patient-focused environment • Confidence using Microsoft Office and IT systems • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-skilled team Why join InHealth?
