STOCK PICKER – HEMLOCK WAY
LOCATION: HEMLOCK WAY
HOURS: 32 HOURS PER WEEK
CONTRACT TYPE: PERMANENT
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Stock Picker to join our warehouse and logistics team based at Hemlock Way. This
role involves accurately picking and packing stock, creating multi-stock packs for retail stores, performing label and product
checks, and coordinating with dispatch and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Accurately collate and pick stock for retail stores in line with the picking lists issued by the Allocations Manager.
* Create multi-stock shop packs for retail stores.
* Observe, review, and provide feedback to Site Managers on label management and product selection.
* Liaise with the Delivery and Despatch Supervisor and Logistics Manager regarding stock volumes for dispatch.
* Support special operational tasks as required.
* Work efficiently to meet daily and weekly targets.
* Handle all stock carefully and maintain product quality.
* Comply with all Health & Safety and Manual Handling policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
* Good numeracy and literacy skills.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to apply product knowledge effectively.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
