Team Manager - Adolescent Safeguarding | Dudley Location: Dudley, West Midlands Pay Rate: Up to £44/hour (Umbrella / Locum) Working Pattern: Full-Time / Flexible / Hybrid Options Dudley Council are seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead their Adolescent Safeguarding Service, supporting vulnerable young people who are at risk, including those experiencing exploitation, neglect, and other safeguarding concerns. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a senior social work professional who can provide strategic oversight, operational management, and ensure high-quality safeguarding interventions for adolescents. About the Role As the Team Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of social workers and practitioners to deliver high-quality safeguarding services to adolescents. You will be responsible for case management oversight, providing reflective supervision, driving team performance, and ensuring statutory compliance across all safeguarding processes. Your leadership will be pivotal in developing effective interventions, improving outcomes, and supporting your team to navigate complex cases with professionalism and confidence.
