As a senior commercial leader within the Global Pharma Segment at Phillips Medisize, you will lead Sales and Business Development for our Products and Services, with a strong focus on inhaled drug–device combination products. Your mission is to grow the business by supporting ongoing customer engagements, opening new strategic accounts, and converting development-stage opportunities into long-term commercial manufacturing partnerships. You will play a critical role in shaping our future growth while representing Phillips Medisize as a trusted partner to global pharmaceutical leaders.

What You Will Do
1. Own and deliver your personal annual sales target, taking full accountability for results
2. Build and convert a robust inhalation-focused sales pipeline across development (clinical-stage formulation and drug-device combination development) and commercial manufacturing opportunities
3. Develop, nurture, and strengthen strategic customer relationships, leading negotiations to achieve sustainable “win/win” outcomes
4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional and global teams (Asia, Europe, US, UK), including Innovation & Development, Operations, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, and Platform teams, to win and successfully execute programs
5. Establish and maintain strong C-suite relationships with key customers
6. Provide strong account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnership growth
7. Identify emerging technology and market trends and translate them into future Phillips Medisize strategic capabilities
8. Actively participate in and support marketing and business development activities, including conferences and customer events
Who You Are
9. Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a scientific or engineering discipline
10. You bring a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical services market
11. You have a proven track record of developing and closing new business across customers, markets, and technologies
12. You possess strong ownership mentality, are comfortable challenging the status quo, and consistently drive discussions toward positive outcomes
13. You understand your market deeply, including customers, competitors, technologies, and emerging trends
14. You are passionate about sales, technology, and delivering solutions that meet customer needs
15. You are ambitious, driven, resilient, and maintain a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
16. You demonstrate strong learning agility and a desire to continuously develop yourself
What Will Put You Ahead
17. Direct experience selling inhaled drug–device combination product development and manufacturing services
18. Knowledge of drug–device combination products for other routes of administration, preferably injectables
19. Established relationships with senior executives across the pharmaceutical industry
20. Significant experience developing new customers, programs, and long-term partnerships
21. Proven success in negotiating complex customer contracts, including licensing agreements
22. Strong strategic and financial acumen with the ability to clearly articulate market segments and value propositions
23. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging senior decision-makers
24. Ability and willingness to travel extensively (approximately 40–60%)
25. A collaborative mindset and the ability to act as a catalyst for change, guided by integrity, trust, and strong personal values
