Branch Manager - Keyworth
Location: Nottingham area (family-run autocentre)
Working hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30; Alternate Saturdays 08:30 - 13:00. No Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily site operations and staff workloads.
* Work alongside the Workshop manager to ensure workshop KPIs and other targets are met.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and job quality.
* Order and manage parts efficiently.
* Handle customer queries and authorise repair work.
* Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
* Support recruitment, training, and team development.
* Stay current with industry updates and internal policies.
Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in an automotive management role or other senior position.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Strong customer service mindset.
* Comfortable managing both technical and administrative tasks.
* Knowledge of workshop health and safety standards.
* UK work authorisation.
