What You’ll Do
* Act as the director right hand—managing diaries, priorities and communications
* Attend virtual meetings and ensure the Director stays fully informed
* Gather reports, work with the MI team and present insights in clear, easy-read formats
* Monitor marketing MI and flag emerging trends or issues
* Manage personal and professional social media presence
* Lead on award submissions and recognition applications for homes and RH
* Provide support for philanthropic initiatives
* Coordinate meetings, minutes, action tracking, travel and expenses
* Drive forward special projects as required
