Quantity Surveyor £60,000 Benefits Warrington (with travel) Full-Time / Permanent We’re hiring a Quantity Surveyor to join a high-performing commercial team delivering large-scale, purpose-built residential accommodation. You’ll be involved from the ground up on a significant scheme, a multi-occupancy, high-value build designed to modern standards. Working closely with the Commercial Manager, you’ll take charge of essential surveying functions and bring precision, clarity, and energy to the commercial lifecycle. YOUR NEW ROLE Preparing accurate monthly Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) reports and tracking financial performance Managing subcontractor accounts, including payments, variations, claims, and final accounts Leading key elements of contract administration, ensuring records and processes are up to date Collaborating with internal teams to ensure all commercial reporting reflects actual progress and projections Supporting the wider commercial function with both operational tasks and strategic input ABOUT YOU A degree, HND, or substantial experience in quantity surveying or a related commercial role Strong understanding of residential construction, particularly multi-occupancy or student accommodation-style builds Experience with cost management, subcontractor engagement, and reporting Proficient user of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools Confidence in communication (written and verbal) A proactive mindset, with strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities SALARY AND BENEFITS Basic salary £60,000 Company car/allowance Annual bonus (discretionary) Health Cash Plan Life Insurance Tailored support to help you grow, with a clear pathway toward more senior commercial roles Contributory pension 33 days of annual leave (inc BH) Reference Number: CO5 To be considered for this position or other opportunities, contact Tash Johnson at Equal Resourcing Ltd or click "Apply Now."
