Description
* Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and records.
* Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes within the finance team.
* Support the FD in preparing the management accounts.
* Process accruals and prepayments.
* Assist in balance sheet reconciliations.
* Assist in the preparation of VAT submissions.
* Monitor and manage key financial metrics to support decision‑making.
* Contribute to process improvements within the accounting and finance department.
* Ad‑hoc tasks as and when required.
Profile
A successful Assistant Management Accountant should have:
* Experience in management accounting.
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
