Sayjo Recruitment Ltd are acting on behalf of a client to source a temporary
Receptionist Administrator
This is a 4-week assignment, one week to train with the permanent member of staff and 3 weeks to cover for their absence.
Objective:
Provide high level of customer service to both our internal and external customers. Welcoming all visitors to the site. Supporting the management team with administration.
Role & Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming calls in a timely, professional and pleasant manner and route accordingly.
Professionally welcome and appropriately process all visitors.
Occasionally provide some low-level administration support for managers.
Administer site safety inductions for third party contractors and visitors in the absence of the Site Administrator
Coordination and administration of purchasing using Ariba system.
Responsible for all incoming/outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
Support internal communications, via Tannoy system, notice boards and email.
Responsible for management of stationery within agreed budget and the functioning of the photocopiers.
This list is not exhaustive, could include various other reasonable tasks.
Requirements:
Previous reception / admin experience, confidence to be self-sufficient with 1 week’s training.
Excellent computer skills / telephone skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Smartly presented, friendly and professional, be a great ambassador for the company, being the first person all visitors meet on site.
Availability to cover dates and hours outlined below in full.
Job Details:
Dates – Monday 18th May to Friday 12th June.
Hours – 7am – 2.30pm Monday to Friday (35 hour working week)
Hourly Rate - £15.30ph
