We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Helpdesk Administrator to provide first-line support, coordinate service requests, and ensure high service standards for clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include managing client queries, updating and maintaining databases, scheduling work for engineers and contractors, monitoring KPIs, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for client telephone and online queries
* Accurately input & manage data within a live client database
* Provide administrative and coordination support for team of engineers and contractors
* Monitor and help maintain service levels and performance KPI’s
* Allocate and schedule response calls to the appropriate co-ordinators
* Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Skills and Qualifications
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Effective decision-making abilities and a high level of diplomacy
* Ability to work well independently and collaboratively within a team
* Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
