The role involves Monday to Friday shifts with no weekend work. It is a permanent position based at the company's Belfast (Airport Road) office.
Salary: Negotiable + additional benefits and progression opportunities.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage contract paperwork, sales, and orders using ERP system.
2. Create and maintain contract files, issue operative contracts, and record holidays.
3. Assemble H&S files and provide general office support.
4. Handle incoming calls and assist with administrative tasks.
5. Ensure compliance with company processes.
6. Book training courses and organize events.
Requirements:
1. At least 2 years of construction industry admin experience.
2. Experience in a busy office environment.
3. ERP system experience (desirable).
4. Strong communication and customer service skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
7. Minimum GCSE Grade C in Maths and English.
