About the Role:
As an Early Years Educator in the Toddlers Room, you will play a vital role in providing a stimulating and nurturing environment for our active toddlers. You will be responsible for:
* Creating a fun and engaging atmosphere that caters to the individual needs of each toddler.
* Providing sensitive care and support, including toileting routines and encouraging independence.
* Planning and delivering engaging activities that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
* Observing and assessing toddlers' progress, documenting their development and maintaining accurate records.
* Building strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the room.

Requirements
1. Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or a related field.
2. Experience working with toddlers or young children.
3. Strong understanding of child development in the early years.
4. Patient, nurturing, and energetic individual with excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to manage a group of active toddlers and create a safe and stimulating environment.
6. Highly observant and able to identify individual needs and milestones.
7. Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Requirements
Lead and inspire a team of dedicated childcare professionals to deliver outstanding care and education to children. Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, staff, and external stakeholders. Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and standards, maintaining high levels of quality and safety. Drive business growth and development through effective marketing, recruitment, and retention strategies. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower staff. Strong understanding of Ofsted requirements and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Passionate about early years education and committed to providing the best possible care for children.
