Global Social Content Creator & Marketing Manager Location: Newcastle upon Tyne (Hybrid)
Type of Contract: Full-Time, Fixed Term Contract
We’re seeking a highly creative and strategic Global Social Content Creator and Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s voice across digital platforms on a fixed term basis!
You’ll be responsible for developing and executing compelling content and social strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across international markets.
You will also be supporting the wider Global Marketing Team across Global Brand Planning, launches and post campaign analysis.
Social Creative Content
Working with Head of Brand Communications to ensure social media content strategy is fully supported from a content perspective, ensuring consistency while allowing for local market adaptations
Develop and execute integrated content campaigns that support product launches, events, and brand initiatives, working closely with Regional teams to feed into campaign plans and ensure guidance on best-in-class.
Working with Global Creative team to brief and execute campaign content for all Social Channels
Plan and execute Global briefs for campaigns, awareness days and global moments –distributing Global content once created with a clear guide for use.
Research, film and create product content for Global use across Instagram, YouTube and TikTok
Where relevant, collaborate with external (freelance/agency) designers, videographers, and copywriters to create engaging, high-quality content.
Oversee user-generated content, influencer collaborations, and community engagement
Global Event support – working with key regions to create content plans for events and execution across all Social Channels
Owner of Global Social Media Calendar - ensuring key Global moments and campaigns throughout the year are planned and considered, advise and oversee execution
Global Marketing
Global Influencer management – being ahead of our competitors and the cultural zeitgeist finding relevant brand influencers to work with, creating briefs and securing and delivering best in class content
Working with Health Care Professionals to create Global brand content
Work closely with brand, product marketing, and regional teams to align messaging and campaign priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
Experience in social media, content marketing, or brand management (global experience preferred).
Proven ability to develop culturally disruptive creative, data-driven content strategies.
Exceptional communication and project management skills.
Knowledge of Storystream, leveraging UGC content
CapCut – for all internal video editing
Wrike - planning, executing and tracking projects efficiently
