About the Role
As Deputy Service Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the daily operations and clinical delivery of a service focused on autism assessments. You’ll supervise and support nursing staff, contribute to safeguarding efforts, and help maintain high standards in line with CQC regulations — all within a collaborative, forward-thinking team.
Key Role Details
* Position: Deputy Service Manager
* Location: Keele, Staffordshire
* Salary: £50,000–£53,000 per year
* Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days on-site, 2 days remote
* Hours: 9am–5pm
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct autism assessments as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Provide clinical supervision and leadership to nursing staff
* Support safeguarding protocols and ensure regulatory compliance
* Assist in maintaining quality and meeting CQC standards
* Contribute to a positive, patient-focused service culture
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Clinically experienced in neurodevelopmental or autism services
* Confident in team leadership and supervision
* Familiar with CQC frameworks and safeguarding procedures
* A proactive communicator and collaborative professional
* Eligible to work in the UK
