We are thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for a Prison-Cleared RGN to work within Primary Care in Yarm. This exciting position allows you to engage your professional skills in a genuinely rewarding environment. With a pay rate of £26.28 per hour before holiday pay (or £29.57 per hour including holiday pay), this role provides the chance to work full time with shifts from 07:30 to 18:30, including weekend cover, for a comprehensive and varied experience in the primary care sector.

What you will do:
* Provide high-quality nursing care by covering the core services of a primary care setting
* Effectively and safely triage patients in a busy healthcare environment
* Conduct clinics to assess, plan, and implement care strategies
* Respond promptly to emergency calls to deliver swift patient care
* Administer medications accurately and safely
* Hold an ILS certification and ensure all mandatory training (MAST) is current
