Summary
We are looking for a Shop Assistant to join our team at Our Wee Shop in the heart of the community. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers have pleasant shopping experience while contributing to our mission of quality service and sustainability.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
* Stock shelves and ensure product availability
* Process transactions accurately at the checkout
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
* Promote special offers and new products to customers
* Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
* Uphold company standards for quality and safety.
* Qualifications
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Must be friendly and happy to be part of a team.
* Experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but not essential as full training will be given.
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
