Fast-paced, dynamic, tech business looking for someone to focus on Education. This business is on a mission to bring their connectivity solution to Schools, Universities, Colleges and student accommodation.
We’re looking for someone hands-on, with vision who can lead the charge on global education growth. You’ll be the driving force behind the expansion across the UK, North America, and international markets.
This is a commercial leadership role; we need someone who can combine executive presence with technical sales expertise. You’ll need to have an understanding of the complexities of campus IT, student housing, cyber-security, and data protection, and you’ll thrive in shaping go-to-market strategies that deliver real impact.
The Role – What you will do:
* Own the international education growth strategy, leading expansion across the UK, North America and selective global markets.
* Execute a sales quota, achieving or exceeding revenue targets for large education institutions, campus networks, and student accommodation
* Establish senior relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Network Directors, Deans, and student accommodation operators.
* Position the business at the centre of campus transformation agendas, including digital experience, identity-based authentication, secure device onboarding, and student engagement.
* Lead go-to-market strategies for the education vertical, building scalable messaging and value propositions for different institution tiers.
* Sell a full suite of solutions including secure identity-based onboarding (IPSK), MDU-style resident connectivity, campus-wide guest WiFi, analytics, digital engagement, and access intelligence.
* Influence procurement frameworks and partner ecosystems within education and student accommodation.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Partners to ensure vertical fit and repeatable success.
* Represent the business internationally, speaking at education events and shaping thought leadership on secure campuses and digital transformation
We need:
* Someone determined, proactive, and able to take real ownership!
* 10+ years’ experience selling into education (ideally universities) or similar markets.
* Proven success in quota-carrying roles closing large enterprise deals.
* Strong technical sales background (networking, cybersecurity, SaaS, digital engagement).
* Ability to influence CIO/CTO-level stakeholders and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
