Role Summary

As part of Le Creuset’s dynamic Supply Chain team, you’ll help bring our iconic cookware from concept to kitchen, ensuring every product arrives with precision, care, and a splash of colour. You’ll collaborate across departments and regions to manage inventory, streamline logistics, and support our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The Demand Planning Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and continuously improving demand forecasts to support business objectives. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure accurate forecasting, optimal inventory levels, and effective supply planning. This role plays a critical part in aligning supply chain operations with commercial objectives and driving efficiency across the business.


Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, promotions, and customer insights.
* Lead demand forecasting with a strong focus on maintaining optimal inventory levels and service performance.
* Analyze forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Translate demand plans into actionable inputs for supply and inventory planning.
* Lead, coach, and develop demand planning team members.
* Support NPD, lifecycle management, product transitions and phase in-out
* Utilise planning tools (Logility & D365) to generate reports and insights.
* Manage logility as a super-user, ensuring data integrity.
* Present forecast performance and key metrics to senior leadership.
* Lead the monthly demand planning as part of the S&OP process.
* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to incorporate promotions, launches, and market intelligence into forecasts.
* Ensure alignment between financial forecasts and operational demand plans.
* Identify process gaps and implement best practices to enhance planning efficiency.
* Drive automation and digitalisation initiatives within demand planning.


Qualifications / The Perfect Blend

* Proven experience in S&OP processes
* Proficiency in Excel and planning tools
* Strong analytical and statistical forecasting skills.
* Knowledge of D365 and Logility advantageous
* Strong leadership and team-building skills.
* Strong understanding of inventory management principles.
* Proven experience linking demand planning to inventory performance.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* Understanding of best in class processes
