* Supporting wet room maintenance and repairs such as shower repairs, trays, flooring, and wall panels
* Plumbing including fixing leaks, taps, toilets, basins and pipework
* Patch tiling and silicone sealing
* Carpentry including door repairs, locks, hinges and handles
* Responding to day-to-day maintenance call-outs
Id love to speak to Plumber Multi who has:
* Proven experience doing general maintenance in hospitals or care homes
* Multi trade experience, with the ability to undertake a range of building and maintenance tasks
* Knowledge of building materials
* Have an clean DBS or be able to do one
* Have your own van
* Have your own tools
