W Talent is recruiting two Project Managers for a large, well-established heavy engineering business based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. Following continued investment and growth, the organisation is strengthening its project delivery capability by appointing two additional Project Managers. Candidates with a background in Construction, Site Services, or Engineering project management will be considered for these positions. You'll work closely with Sales, Design, Production, Quality, Finance, and Despatch teams, and provide technical support to overseas Technical Advisors. The Opportunity The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from sales handover through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining a high standard of customer service. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Design, Production, Quality, Finance, Despatch, and overseas technical teams. This is a customer-facing, site-based role, suited to individuals with strong organisational and planning skills, a proactive approach, and experience delivering complex projects within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
