Apprentices will experience a range of cutting-edge research and teaching facilities within two of our most exciting areas, and. You will be trained by experienced colleagues to support the smooth running of research laboratories and to help prepare and set up laboratory classes. This will be underpinned by a special programme of practical and classroom-based sessions, fully aligned to the level 3. As well as earning a competitive salary, you will build a range of technical skills and gain a formal qualification that will help you in your future career.
Applicants will need (or expect to gain) grade 9–4 (A*-C) at GCSE in English, Maths and Science. No prior work experience is required. We are looking for people who are passionate about science and can:
