Scheduler/Planner - Property services/Social Housing Housing Repairs & Maintenance Our client, a local authority based in West London, we are currently looking for an experienced Scheduler/Planner to join their office support team. My client currently carry out day to day repairs and maintenance to over 10000 properties and have a fast paced, busy office environment. Job Purpose; Answering customer calls/email s and enquiries via our portal regarding breakdowns and planned service works To allocate jobs to suitable operatives within allocated areas General administration - including data entry, answering telephone calls, cover as required Organise & manage operatives diaries Deal with tenant issues and complaints in a professional and friendly way Candidate Specification; The candidate must have experience working in a fast paced working environment. Candidates must be computer literate and have strong communication skills on the phone, with an ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. Someone who is customer focused and enjoys working to KPI's is also ideal. This is a permanent position.
