Job Overview
A Sales Support Administrator is required to provide key administrative and business support for a couple of our Sales VP's in the UKI and Benelux region. The Sales Administrator will exercise good judgement and confidentiality in a variety of situations, and will use strong written, verbal, administrative, and organizational skills. The role is based at our office in Farnborough, requiring presence at least 3 days per week, where you will have access to good facilities and free car parking.
Day in the Life (Responsibilities)
* Arrange and manage rapidly changing and complex calendars.
* Manage domestic and international travel, including flights, visas, hotels, and ground transportation.
* Participate in management team calls, issue agendas, take minutes, and monitor actions.
* Coordinate event planning and project management for executive and customer visits.
* Coordinate divisional workshops, team events, offsites, and town halls.
* Process expense reports, ensuring accurate cost allocation and adherence to expense policy.
* Review and prioritize emails and follow up on urgent action items.
* Create and support the production of consistent and high-quality presentations and responses.
* Create and distribute regular updates to the team on activity, training, and other relevant topics.
* Coordinate ‘Wheel’ meetings and ensure follow‑up actions are completed.
* Assist in coordinating territory plans and account plans, ensuring they are updated and deliver the expected value.
* Organise events for the broader sales team, including sales meetings.
* Communicate in a positive and professional manner with internal and external clients on behalf of executives.
* Type letters, reports, and other correspondence as required.
* Provide general administrative support.
Basic Qualifications
* Proven experience supporting senior executives within a high‑paced environment.
* Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
* High level of flexibility and adaptability.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise an ever‑changing workload.
* Excellent word processing and IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with a strong sense of urgency.
* Good organisational and time‑management skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
