We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our expanding Pre-School team. Our setting is busy and thriving and we are looking for a new team member to start with us in September. Our ethos is to ensure our children learn and develop in a safe and secure environment before reaching school age.
You will deliver excellent standards of care and education, with a focus on achieving outstanding outcomes for all the children in our care. They will work be a Keyworker to children and families, working alongside an excellent team of other Early Years Educators.
Your responsibilities
8. to work in partnership with an established team of experienced Early Years Educators, including the Manager and Deputy, to meet the needs of all the children according to the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum, whilst upholding the setting ethos
9. to maintain high levels of care and education for all children and act as a Keyworker contact for families. When needed, to work along other external organisations such as Health Professionals
10. follow all setting policies including safeguarding children and ensuring training is kept up to date.
You will need
11. a relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years and Childcare
12. preferably have 2 years’ experience of working with children under 5 but it not essential
13. a commitment to adhering to all safeguarding procedures and protocols
14. knowledge of equality and inclusion within an early years setting
15. excellent communication skills
16. flexibility.
