Duties and responsibilities related to the Room Attendant role
Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards
Replace bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as required
Replenish supplies and ensure rooms are well-stocked
Report maintenance issues and lost & found items promptly
Ensure all equipment is used and stored safely
Maintain cleanliness of corridors and service areas
Follow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines
Deliver excellent guest service and respond to requests efficiently
About you
You are a reliable, detail-focused professional passionate aboutmaintaininghigh cleanliness and guest satisfaction standards. You work efficiently alone or in a team, manage time well, and pay attention toimportant details.Previoushotel or hospitality cleaning experience with knowledge of hygiene and guest service is preferred.
