Job Title: Procure to Pay (P2P) Project Analyst
Location: Cambridge
Employment Type: Fixed Term – 18 Months
The job
As the P2P Project Analyst, you will support the delivery of a high-impact project to enhance AVEVA’s financial control environment. Reporting to the P2P Project Lead, you will support the P2P control improvement activities.This role is critical to ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuity during a period of significant transformation.
Key responsibilities
1. Support the execution and delivery of the P2P control activities
2. Ensuring all P2P processes are compliant with the PCAOB requirements
3. Designing and redefining P2P processes to ensure the key process design principles are achieved
4. Collaborate with the key stakeholders to identify improvements and enhancements to P2P processes
5. Working in collaboration with the local finance, Group Reporting and SSC teams in designing end-to-end processes
6. Create and sign off Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) which support the PCAOB requirements
7. Ensure all P2P processes are mapped within Business Optix
8. Work with other teams, such as IT, in the implementation of automated system controls
