The Role
As a Telesales Representative, you will be the voice of their brand. Your main focus will be reaching out to potential customers, introducing their services, and closing sales.
- Engage Prospects: Make outbound calls to introduce our client.
- Build Rapport: Understand customer needs and match them to their offers.
- Drive Sales: Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
- Update Records: Maintain clean, accurate data on their system.
