Last year we helped more than 42,000 people struck by uninsured and hit-and-run drivers and paid over £400 million in compensation to support victims rebuild their lives.
We\\\'re looking for a Services Manager to be the business lead for the operation and ongoing evolution of the Continuous Insurance Enforcement (CIE) programme, aligning with MIB\\\'s strategy. You\\\'ll own the creation of a roadmap of prioritised, measured, strategic and tactical change aligned with DVLA to ensure the service is secure, relevant and embedded as a key component to support MIB`s strategic ambition to eliminate uninsured driving, as well as becoming a key component of cross functional working to ensure delivery is achieved against agreed targets.
To focus on the uninsured driving prevention, and data service strategic ambitions as a priority to ensure the inflight and new initiatives are aligned
To be the business lead for the creation of CIE roadmaps and their development there after, working in conjunction with central services teams to ensure consistency is achieved
To work with the business and IS to help establish and maintain a clear and current picture of our \\\'as-is\\\' landscape of products and services, and work collaboratively on \\\'to-be\\\' views if required to ensure planning alignment is achieved
Own the day to day responsibility of ensuring the transfer of information between MIB service desk and DVLA operations is undertaken in accordance with the process that exists
Create and Co-create presentation materials to be used in promotion of MIB`s strategic objective to eliminate uninsured driving
Support the Head of Uninsured Driving Prevention with Government level concepts that support the core strategic ambition to eliminate uninsured driving
Experience developing and maintaining product roadmaps, ideally in insurance or financial service industries
Experience of customer and stakeholder management, including delivering presentations to groups of varying sizes and up to c-suite
Experience in developing financial and customer experience-led business cases
Self reliant, ability to work without supervision
35 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
320 (before tax) start up allowance
