Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for the next step in your recruitment career? We’re currently looking to add some additional experience to our team in the Telford office, working on a busy Industrial desk!

What You’ll be Doing:
1. Working within a busy 360 Recruitment team
2. Proactive in developing new business daily
3. Building client relationships, meeting with clients face-to-face
4. Have full autonomy in managing your own plan/desk
5. Managing key accounts
6. Full accountability for your sales
7. Candidate attraction/registrations/RTW checks
8. Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm 1 hour lunch
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
9. Minimum one year recruitment background supported with sales success
10. Ability to build and develop business relationships
11. A self-motivated, confident and tenacious approach
12. Desire to progress your career and be the best in your field
13. A full UK driving licence
