Key Responsibilities:
1. Take commercial ownership of the hotel refurbishment project, ensuring all financial aspects are managed efficiently and effectively.
2. Lead the preparation of cost plans, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accurate financial control and reporting.
3. Manage and monitor subcontractor procurement, valuations, and payments, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
