We’re recruiting for full-time Learning Behaviour Mentors to work in specialist SEN schools across Leeds, supporting children and young people aged 11–16 with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), autism, and behavioural challenges. This is an ideal opportunity for recent Psychology, Sociology or Criminology graduates looking to build a career in teaching, educational psychology, child therapy, or youth services. What You'll Be Doing: Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis to manage behaviour and emotional regulation. Assisting classroom teachers in delivering inclusive and differentiated lessons. Helping implement positive behaviour strategies across the school day. Creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for learners with complex needs. Using insight from your studies to engage pupils and support their personal development. What We’re Looking For: A Psychology degree or related subject (Sociology, Criminology, Education etc.) A genuine passion for working with children and young people with additional needs.
